Roadmap - A Product Feedback Management Tool
Roadmap is a tool used to find and help fix bugs in products before they’re released to customers. It’s a tool that can be used to track any online or offline product or feature, anywhere on the Internet. The product management team is notified when a new idea has been submitted, and they’ll be able to give feedback to improve the product, and then click a single button to submit their feedback to Roadmap.
A team can mark all the problems they’re having, link to a forum thread where it can be discussed with other people, or simply leave a message with a URL and an explanation of the problem. The team can access this information later and use it to fix any issues they’re having.
